Kevin Hoffman
CEO

Kevin’s educational background includes a degree in
Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering from
the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a
degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of
Alabama with continuing graduate studies on an MSAE from
the University of Alabama and Georgia Institute of
Technology. During his graduate studies, Kevin was
involved with the University of Alabama Flight Dynamics
Laboratory as a Graduate Assistant in the design of
flight simulator cockpits, then on a system for
analyzing wind shear in the simulator environment.
In
1985 Kevin joined Gulfstream Aerospace in the
Engineering Flight Test Department where he honed his
skills in test and certification requirements as well as
preparing test plans and procedures. Following the
certification of the GIV, he joined the Product
Development group where he had constant exposure to
CAD/CAM while doing conceptual aircraft design,
aerodynamic analyses and computational fluid design
analysis on 3D models. In 1990 he moved to Canadair
Aerospace where he was in charge of the Conceptual
Aircraft Design and Aircraft Design Tool Development for
the Advanced Design Group at Canadair. Kevin also
coordinated and directed the conceptual and Preliminary
Design phases of the Next Model Executive Jet (Global
Express). This included configuration design,
networking, program planning, assigning
responsibilities, maintaining program schedules and
budgets, and coordinating and leading all teams through
the Conceptual and Preliminary design phases.
In 1994, Kevin joined the Sales and Marketing Group as
the Director of Global Express Technical Sales. This
entailed providing technical presentations to customers
during discussions of the Global Express. In 1997, he
transitioned to Product Management as the Global Express
Product Director until he founded Aerospace Concepts.
Ron
Zilberbrand
President

Ron Zilberbrand
began his aviation career in 1989 as a founding member
of JSSI (Jet Support Services, Inc.). JSSI specialized
in providing hourly maintenance coverage to general
aviation operators. Ron’s determination and perseverance
along with sales and marketing skills allowed JSSI to
grow and compete against major providers such as
Honeywell’s “MSP”, General Electric “MCPH”, Pratt &
Whitney “ESP” and Rolls Royce “Power by the Hour”
Program. During the last 16 years, Ron grew JSSI from
inception to over 1800 customers flying out of 31
countries.
Through his network of representatives, service centers,
management companies and flight departments in 31
countries, Ron established a level of customer service
admired throughout the Aviation industry. He co-founded
The Zilberbrand Group, LLC in 2004 and brings this same
level of “customer first” service.
John Brodeur
Vice President - Sales & Marketing

John Brodeur attended and
graduated from Miami Dade University College in 1985 in
Aviation Management. While in Florida, he obtained a
multiengine pilot rating and FAA, A&P certificate. John
began his career in Florida with “Wordair”, working as a
mechanic and flying cargo throughout the Caribbean using
a twin Cessna 337. In 1988, he returned to Canada and
started working with “Boeing - deHavilland Aircraft” in
Toronto, Ontario, with the Quality Procurement Assurance
department. In 1990, he transferred to the corporate
headquarters of “Bombardier Aerospace” in Montreal,
Quebec. Responsibilities included auditing vendor’s
quality assurance programs and compliance to
Bombardier’s manufacturing specifications. In 1994, he
was asked to start and operate a field service
engineering office in Mexico, for all Latin American
operators of Challenger aircraft. During that time he
traveled frequently throughout Latin America addressing
the needs and concerns of Challenger operators in the
region.
Jason Zilberbrand
Vice President of Operations

Jason
graduated with Honors on the National Dean’s list with
the Benjamin Franklin Honor Society from Roosevelt
University in Chicago, IL. Jason began his career in
aviation at the age of 21. He worked for JSSI for the
next 9 years as the regional sales manager covering the
Midwest and North Central United States. During this
time Jason became the number one sales agent for his
territory. Jason is known for his exceptional customer
service, and his ability to exceed the needs of his
customers. Jason worked extensively with the Fortune 100
group of clients and maintained the accounts of some of
the largest corporate flight departments in the United
States. He co-founded The Zilberbrand Group, LLC in 2004
and continues to exceed the needs of his customers and
clients.
